Order Delivery Terms
All orders may be subject to shipping and handling charges. Customer-directed expedite instructions or products requiring special handling instructions are subject to additional charges.
Return Policy for Professional Offices
Clutterfree offers a 30-day warranty on purchased products (except for barrier sleeves and spare batteries). To exchange a purchased product or to request a refund, you need to contact Clutterfree Customer Service within 30 days of the product shipment date. For exchanges or refunds, simply contact Clutterfree Customer Service via phone at (248) 923-4020 9am to 4:30pm Eastern time and our team will send a return authorization email to you with a return reference number, shipping instructions, and a shipping label. If you receive product that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us within five days of receipt and we will make it right. If you have other concerns or issues after the 30-day warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Costs of Collection
In the event Clutterfree must refer an invoice or account to another party for collection, the account owner will be responsible for any additional collection fees.
Limitation of Remedies
Clutterfree does not guarantee that our products are compatible with any third-party products and Clutterfree does not provide technical support for third party products. Further, Clutterfree is not responsible for any damage to third party products due to improper installation or improper use of Clutterfree products.
Clutterfree will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages include, without limitation, loss of savings or revenue; loss of profit; loss of use; the claims of third parties; and cost of any substitute equipment or services. Clutterfree’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product alleged not to have performed in accordance with its intended purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The terms and conditions of this sale apply to orders destined within the U.S. and its territories and are subject to the laws of Michigan.
